hi guys.
just introducing myself before I start asking questions.
I'm a novice with a 6 plate bubble cap still on a keg.Put it together myself.
I'm impressed by how everybody willingly share their knowledge and experience like the old master tradesmen did with their apprentices in my day.

equipment: I'm a beginner. gonna build my own still and boiler. start with a pot still , then progress to a reflux plate column.
