In the end it all worked out really well :handgestures-thumbupleft: i collected 9 200ml cuts after 150ml foreshots, i really had a lot of trouble deciding which cuts to keep, 2-9 all smelt and tasted the same to me  so in the end just kept 3-6,made some irish cream with the still spirits stuff that came with the still, which worked out really well, the missus loves it, and some bourbon with essence which tastes like bacardi but is drinkable mixed and put a litre on oak chips.
I found with the copper T500 with the copper and stainless saddles and no reticulation, i had to turn the water down about 25%, otherwise it would not have heated up past 20 Degrees and with the water flat out, the still was leaking out the top. Apart from that i followed this guide to the T and im really happy with the end result :text-thankyoublue: Doubleuj :handgestures-thumbupleft:
