The T500 will do a reasonable job in a single run but I think running a stripped wash though it will get the best possible result.
The next question is, have you got a pot still too or do you just have the T500 column?
If you've only got the T500 column, then the decision has pretty much been made for you as you can't really do a stripping run with it although you could do a double distillation if you wanted to.
If you've got a pot still, I would strip two 25 litre batches of TPW or WBAB into low wines, then combine them, ensure they're no more than 40% once they're mixed together and then do a spirit run through the column to get a nice healthy hearts cut.
