How long is too long

Postby Astro » Sun Apr 01, 2018 12:55 pm

Getting set up again after a while out of stilling, thought all my storage containers were empty but found 40ltrs of TPW low wines, unsure whether it would be safe to run through the bok.
Now this has been sitting for 18mths roughly, as pictured with a chux taped to the top.
took a sample and its at 42% and i cant remember what i stored it at, opinions?

run and consume or stop being a tight arse

I'd run it. Can't see what would be wrong with it. We age alcohol all the time, can't see the difference.

Wasnt too confident about it only being through the pot once and being so long :handgestures-thumbupleft:

good to know though, saves me a few runs
