Hi - I'm just starting to make rum and note the importance of PH on successive rum generations. Two questions please:
1) What do peeps use to measure PH - paper strips or some sort of PH measuring device?
2) If there's a need to lower PH, is there a guideline on how many teaspoons of citric acid (for example) it might take to lower a certain volume of wash by 1 on the PH scale please?
Any recommendations greatly appreciated!
