Don't worry, just put 20 litres of dunder into the olive barrel after you've got it all down to about 30C.
Yeast is a great sanitiser and can cope with quite a lot of bugs.
I've been doing this for 5 years now and haven't had a single ruined rum ferment. The rum just gets better and better.
