Its good I believe, you would be better off getting the AquaSafe 100 500gm IMHO. More bang for your buck, its in the plumbing section at the big green shed. :handgestures-thumbupleft:
:text-+1: that little tube won't go far especially if your a first timer, I wasted a fare bit when I started, most of it ended up on the ground :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:
equipment: 4 plate 6" copper bubbler, 6 plate 4" glass bubbler with 500mm packed section three way thumper sitting on a 50 ltr keg boiler with 6000watts, 2" pot still and a 2" boka.
Can't help sorry, never used it. I've always used flux with soft solder. I would quiry the acid core part of it, I don't know what it is but guess it's safe if they say to use it on plumbing?

The flux we use for soft solder is basically an acid. You may have a bit of trouble sealing pinholes if you dont have an extra flux with soft solder.
General rule is to use a flux with soft solder, hard solder you can get away with out using flux on copper to copper joins. Seems to have worked for me so far.
