Hey fellas,
I made up some rough gin recently, first time experimenting with actual botanicals, just steeping them this first time as i didnt have the chance to put the ultra slow t500 on this week. Not super happy with how it came out, too much cinnamon and some other herbs.
How would redistilling it go at removing flavours? (Using reflux still). I want to try make another gin using a diy botanicals basket, and taking some of the SS saddles out.
And in the same go i was thinking about chucking in with it some other left overs i had made up from stillspirits essences that werent really that nice (im looking at you cherry bourbon).
