Grand final feed

Postby Listo » Sun Sep 30, 2018 8:20 pm

With the missus & kids away, I thought I’d do a grand final meal even though I can’t watch it. Beef ribs marinaded in homemade bbq sauce (thanks Bumper).
I’m far from being a great cook, so I figure while it’s only me, i have a go while there’s less waste if I blow it.
Done on the Weber, it wasn’t too bad, but probably should have marinaded for longer & basted a few times to get more of that nice saucy flavour.

Hey mate for a really sticky sauce just cook your ribs as per normal, then baste with a thick sauce and whack under your grill in oven for 5 minutes until caramelised
