AG Yield Calcs

Hi Guys,
Planning on doing an AG Whisky BIAB method over summer, run through my 2 inch pot on keg gas driven.
Was going to do 23L batches as i was going to use my temp control fridge with SAF-M1 yeast (18 degrees 2-3 weeks), and my beer fermenter.

Want to check some of my rough math to manage my expectations, all theoretical.

1 sack of grain = 4 x 6.25kg mashes (thinking about using the new Coopers ale malt)

Using beersmith
OG 1.057
FG 1.003
23L and 7.12 %

Strip run approx 4l @ 40%.
4 x strips = 16l @40%

Would it be reasonable to expect 2L @ 65% hearts from this, giving roughly 80ml of hearts per kg of grain, or am i dreaming

Think i have this right...
If you run 16L@40% @65% output through the distalate to water calc, it gives you 9.35l minus cuts - i work on 1/2 for cuts, YMMV?

Sorry, should have said 2L of hearts from a spirit run, but you all knew that.
