Hi, I’ve been lurking about for a while trying to gain an understanding around distilling. I’ve been doing the Country Wine Making thing for a few years and learnt a fair bit about that while making more than my fair share of stuff ups along the way. Think I might be getting close to trying a new challenge.
I’ve had a long chat with my liver and while it isn’t thrilled, it sort of understands that I need to have a go at distilling.
