I stumbled onto this great site last year, but due to being away with work, I haven't had an opportunity to do much more than look at all the great builds on here with envy and read through all the recipes. I'm looking to build my own still in the middle of the year when work dies down and will be focusing on rum and gin once that is done so any advice is always appreciated.
Currently located in Sydney and have access to a workshop with everything I would probably need to build one so will be asking questions on best suppliers etc for pipe and fittings and mistakes to avoid.
