Has anyone tried these yet?
I have recently started working for a plumbing supply warehouse, and we have all of the these crimp connections, in myriad shapes, sizes and reductions. Without even getting as far as connecting to a still, does anyone have any thoughts on these?
For those new to it, you use a crimping tool to compress the joint, thereby negating the need for solder. I think the warehouse has varied copper connectors, up to 100mm in diameter... possibly larger.
I'm slowly forming a plan to build a sinister pot still.
