Mid North Coast Here

Hey, I've been using the copper t500 with turbos without cuts for few years now, after finding this site 6 months odd ago I started making TPW. Not wanting to waste the turbo crap i had accumulated I kept drinking it, tonight i just tried the TPW with cuts and now have seen the light. Will be be getting a pot still from 5 Star soon and trying some whiskeys n rum, sick of the essence 8-} .

Cheers

Welcome bullrout!
Glad to hear you have found out that the turbo crap is not worth the time and effort.
You wait until you make a batch of rum or whiskey from scratch instead of using essences... it will blow your mind! :laughing-rolling:
If you have any skills with your hands you could make a basic pot fairly easy.

Gday mate, if you get the pot, get the modular pot because I see a bubbler in your future :music-deathmetal:

Hi mate welcome :greetings-waveyellow:

There's no comparison between tpw and turbos is there.

The 4" pot may be a little top heavy on the T500 boiler. If you do do it you may need to use some bracing and find a way to stop it tipping over.

Good luck
