Absolutly, so I was going with a 8-10L thumper to expect a 100L boiler (80L charge) any reason not to fab a thumper that big?
If I ever get a boiler that big I could ferment in a 200L plastic drum and do two runs. :happy-partydance:
The runs would remain shortish with the thumper @ around 3-4LPH
In the meantime, the thumper will handle the 40L keg charge easily, but still haven't finished designing the thumper, so that will be ages away.
Not sure where I would get a stainless boiler that big, that still looks good.
