While I was tending my Neutraliser (3plates, 4Tees), stilling a 65L batch of 30% rum wash last weekend, I was cleaning the spare tees, plates, pipes etc that I had used for a small gin run with my carterhead the day before, I had the parts all laid out for drying, when I thought a few more parts from the 'spares' cupboard and I could knock up a filter .....

I'm interested to see if I can use it to make a Bacardi style rum (age as normal, then strip the colour and some flavour)
