Don't drink it, put it all back in and start again.
The bigger problem is , your T500 is probably going to leak at the very top now.

Put it back in the still & fill with water then redo, I will keep an eye out for leaks but it was not on the high temp long but I did notice it was coming out quite fast at the spirit outlet compared to what it was at the lower temp. Thanks for the info

If she’s leaking I’d take it back for a refund or replace :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Always take cuts and if you cut correctly and hard you shouldn't need to filter .
And just for giggles, turn your column upside down and fill it with water just to see if it leaks.
You might get a shock.

The T5oo coloum is supposed to leak a little while upside down, this is a part of the design.

:handgestures-thumbdown: if a still leaks under gravity then it’ll leak vapour when running.
I don’t know where you got this information from Rock but I’m calling as another hbs bullshit lie.

Rubish maybe. Thier cleaning video shows to tape the top up before inverting and pouring in the cleaning fluid.
I had one ,still got it , it leaks as described.
Had no issue's using it. Although I never ran it hot.
