This is a safety thing, the higher the abv, the lower the ignition/flash point, I can't quote numbers to you but boiling high abv is very dangerous even if there are no apparent sources of ignition, the big boy's take into account static discharge for example.
Everyone should have a read or refresher of the safety section, if you prepare your plan for a fire or spill in your stilling area beforehand, it may save you and others significant grief

My daughter brought it to my attention. The butterfly pea flower is often used for herbal tea. The flowers were placed in the gin for less than an hour to achieve the colour change. Amazing to watch.
