open it and go down to the second lot of calccs and enter your numbers and it will come up with 18% which is not completly accurate but it is good enough for what you want.
In case you would rather the maths way
2.5 litres of 90% contains 2.5 X 90 / 100 = 2.25 litres of pure alcohol
22.5 litres of 10% contains 22.5 X 10 / 100 = 2.25 litres pure alcohol
We now have 4.5 litres of pure alcohol in 2.25 + 22.5 = 25 litres total (actually slightly less because the total volume usually shrinks when adding alcohol to water
4.5 / 25 X 100 = 18%
