OK it's going to to be a bit of a rush as my still and mashing setup is still a work in progress but plums wait for no man. I plan on using this recipe

- I tested some really ripe plum juice from this batch with my refractometer which scored 10 brix (1.040 SG) would you lads still add as much sugar?
- I'll most likely use EC1118 as it seems well liked by most, however lots good reports with the wild yeast and these plums have plenty of it?
I'll run it through the bubbler when ready, should be the first real wash after the vinegar and sacrificial. :happy-partydance:
