Gotta give a big thank you to Mac and Punchy21 especially for the threads that explain so much extra info.

Nice controller newbrew, looks well built and I think the key switch is a great safety addition , just encase there are Kidd's around., just wondering if you have fused the circuit ?

Now use 50l Keg with Pot head for Rum and Neutral stripping runs on gas .
LM/VM head with 1m packed 2" on Still Spirits boiler for Neutrals.

Thanks for the kind words Fellas, really couldn't have done it without ya help Guys.
Aussie, just get on Ebay and search for the SSR's and gauges there(i went the same as Mac on the SSR's, brand was fotek 40/250) As for the Gauge, I'd give links but the guy doesn't appear to sell that model gauge anymore (only digital) so just check em all out till ya find the ones you like. Also check out Mac's dual element thread and Punchy's diagrams for all the info you'll need.
1 2many, the whole setup has a dedicated 32 amp circuit newly installed in the power box and a wall outlet to suit, Safety first Mate. (All done by a Proper Sparky who assisted me on the box also)
