Tempertaure concern

Hey Guys

I have put 2 25 liter barrels down on Monday and they have been churning along nicely with a sugar wash. Just realised tomorrow is going to be 30+ at home and I have nobody able to go and move them from the shed. My question is how hot is too hot for a sugar wash? I have yet to go beyond turbo yeast as I have had awesome success so far.

Never used turbo yeast apart from my sacrificial run. If I was using it I'd probably google the temp range of it to see if I was safe.

If their turbo they should be done by tomorrow anyway.

Yeah you will do well to cook turbo yeast.

I really suggest you try one of the washes from the tried and proven here as generally a turbo wash with no temp control is not the best way to start to achieve "awesome success" unless yield is your only concern ;-)

Hello Donkeybrains
Given you are going to be away and there is nothing much you can do about it mate, just relax and run it when you get home. No much else you can do anyway
