Well thank you all for the help its the first failed one of ever had in 10yrs so instead of mucking around with it at a cost of £4 I will scrap it and start another one . So thank you all very much for the help much appreciated regards Mark

Or just run it... worse case slightly less volume slight sweet taste..

50l keg boiler 4" still mount 4" sight glass 1" drain..
4 plate 4" bubbler, 600mm packed section
