What would the expected outcome be from adding 6kg extra sugar to 60l wash?
Cheers

As I use 60 litre fermenters I just use 10kg of sugar to aim for a 1070 sg which is on the upper level for baking yeast, by adding a extra 6kg of sugar would bring the sg to over 1100 which would stress the baking yeast and produce off flavours and more than likely stall the wash as the yeast can't handle the too high gravity so just stick with 10 kg's and aim for a 1070 starting gravity.

Cheers Bryan

I always just work to the rule of 1kg of sugar to every 5l of water. Is that too much sugar for bakers yeast?

That's a good rule of thumb to follow for bakers yeast and is pretty much what most of the tried and proven recipes follow.
