storing a wash

forgive me if this sounds stupid, it does as i type it out, but i was thinking today, if you did a wash, say for example a tpw in a 60l drum,
and you only have a 25l still, could you save the remaing 40l of wash?

i thought if you had a a big drum, with a lid, with your normal airock, but then say a second hole with a hose that is kinked, (maybe with water as an airlock)
that goes to just off the bottom of the drum.
unkink, syphon into boiler and when full, rekink. so not losing the co2 seal? :wtf:
would it work/?
plus it would give lots of time to clear out?

i dont know why id do it, (maybe justify that 60l drum) but it was a thought..

cheers

Won't work bud :snooty: :snooty: If you are sucking the was out of the drum, air is being sucked in to take its place, just as easy to do 2 stripping runs on a Saturday and 1 on Sunday, then 1 big spirit run the next weekend,or you could just turn a 50l keg in to a boiler, and be done with it :handgestures-thumbupleft:
