Hi everyone, I have recieved 2 100ltr stainless steel drums with taps, used for wine fermenting I believe, so I’m thinking I may be able to get raised baskets to use for all grain mashes, fermenting then empty any ideas where to find purchase or get made some baskets to suit?Im not sure if they would handle direct flame from the 2 ring gas burner I use on my keg, any suggestions there appreciated to thanks

Rob
If you're looking at 2 x 100 lt batches you might want to give the air still the flick and have a look at something that will handle that volume

they will be great fermenters, but you will need more patience than a hospital has to run it through an airstill though
