Infection Question

Postby gazzat » Mon Jun 15, 2020 11:35 am

Hi All,

Fortunately i am new to getting infected washes, first time in over 5 years. Can someone lend some of your experience. What type of infection is this ? Are they good to run ? It's an AG wash, will be run through a pot still. It's been sitting for 2 weeks now.

Cheers

I'll guess it's a lactobacillus infection. If it smells good, run it!

Looks like I'll run it. Thing is, I don't have the greatest sense of smell. Must of been too many knocks to the head as a kid. The mrs always hate when I get her smell my brews for me. :angry-banghead:
