where do you buy barley by the KG here i can only buy in 25KG bag.corn and wheat no problem.

Are you trying to find plain feed barley or malted barley.

Malted barley can be bought at your LHBS by the kg. The range is fairly extensive and they all have their special uses.

The malting process converts starches into sugars to be more fermentable so I assume that malted barley is what you're after?

bought my barley yesterday from local feed store, but have to buy 20Kg bag. corn and wheat i can buy per KG but not barley. about $15 a bag.will look for instructions on malting.

Have a lookat your local library, I found a couple of good books on distilling \ malting etc there. I also like reading books more than looking at a computer screen :)
