Hey fellas,
Is there any adverse effects in storing low wines in those food grade 20l buckets, as I'm short on glass vessels.
Just finished distilling my 2nd gen UJSM wash.. My god! I could drink this straight from the still, awesome stuff.
Cheers

You think thas good.........wait till its aged a few months on heavy toasted american oak sticks ......then it gets really good.
None of mine has survived past the 2 1/2 month mark at this stage.
