After a Whiskey recipe

Hi All I am after just a whiskey recipe can anyone help. I have a condenser still 50 liters and two 30 liter fermenters my still has two 2100 elements.

What sort of still do you have attached to your condensor?

18 Gal boiler.
2 x 2400W elements and power controller.

If your making neutrals and flavoring with "cordials" from the LHBS, you should get one of them Whiskey Profile kits.

Yep :text-imwithstupid: and look at the flavouring thread on this forum for 'other' subjective Whiskey flavour tests.

If your looking at making your own Scotch Whiskey, try a DWWG run through a potstill and aged in/with oak (charred at 65%ABV is a good place to start). If its Bourbon try getting a few gens of a UJSM going and then run through a potstill and aged in/with oak (toasted at 65%ABV is a good start)
Mate all this info (and SO much more) can be found elsewhere here BTW. Perhaps a few keyword searches??? :handgestures-thumbupleft:
