I made a batch of rum and used turbo clear to clear it and without even thinking I made the next batch of rum without even thinking using the yeast and the turbo clear as yeast nutrients (I boiled the yeast and the clear if that matters) it's finished fermenting and has been sitting for about 2 weeks no and I'm not sure what to do with it is it even worth running it?

The previous yeast was distillers yeast and the current yeast is mangrove jacks sn9 because I ran out of distillers

Are you asking if its worth running because you didnt reuse the backset/trub?
It wont have the flavour it might have had, but I certainly would run it.

You could run it, save the low wines, reuse the trub for another wash and then use the low wines for a 1.5 spirit run with that wash

Wont hurt it having turbo clear in it. Yeast would be nutrient turbo clear would do zip as far as nutrient or anything else. Run it will be fine..
