Pissing off the Weevils

Postby bt1 » Mon May 07, 2012 6:49 pm

hello all,

Got a tip from an older italian ex restaurants owner today might pay to share. She says that it common practice to place Bay leaves fresh ones (not dried from spices isle at local supermarket) around and above flour, grains etc cos it pisses the Weevils off.

Don't put on top of flours or gains but tape/pin above and around. From experience this is a fairly std fix for the pesky little sods and doesn't impart flavour or odour.
