Hi Bluc

I am not really skilled enough to really pull apart flavours like that, yet. However when I did taste it reminded of these big paddocks near where I lived and the smell of the dried grass just after it had been slashed. Proofed down I am really only getting corn with something else at the end that I am not really sure how to describe. I do really like it though

I like to buy my ingredients from a company called BeerCo. They are in Keilor and not far from me. It is flat rate shipping and it has never failed to turn up the next day. They have a heap of all grain beer kits and some other cool stuff too
