Information about Sugarcane Juice

Postby j_pilot » Sun Apr 04, 2021 2:31 pm

Hello. I’m interested in using pure sugarcane juice instead of sugar. Can anyone tell me if it’s possible and where to get it? Any tips would be very appreciated. I have an air still. My local supplier said it would be perfect for sugarcane juice. Thanks!

Where are you because would need to be close to where is grown and they do sell sugar cane for juicing and the juice probably also and can buy a crusher but may be too expensive..

Someone was selling fresh bottles of it on the FB marketplace a while back.

You would have to live near where it’s made, pretty sure it starts fermenting very easy fresh.

Not sure why the home brew shop would recommend that, plenty of easier things to use
