corn syrup

Just starting out and need some advise? then post it in here.

corn syrup

recently i was given a bucket of corn syrup (about 10 litres) Is there a simlpe recipe that i can try this out on?

Never seen corn syrup how much flavour has it got? Does it taste corney? Is so adjust gravity to 1.060ish ferment it then run it :handgestures-thumbupleft:

50l keg boiler 4" still mount 4" sight glass 1" drain..
4 plate 4" bubbler, 600mm packed section

If lacking flavour add some unhopped lme(liquid malt extract-extract brew can) to it :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I would'nt say it's over sweet but it's very thick and sticky. Also it's in a plastic bucket which will make it very hard to measure out. Could get very messy??? But thanks for the advice Bluc.
