Order of preference for me
220l olive drums
200l clipseal top drum
160l clipseal top drum
Etc rofl

Once you have a 50l plus boiler the 200l size gives 3 strips plus headroom, things happen faster this way...

That said, 40kg of wet grain in a 200l drum is an interesting beast to deal with, sugarhead- don't think twice

Okay lots to think about ,had a thought I have two 30 litre buckets should I just get one more or go straight to the 60 litre fermenter if I get the 60 litre unit that gives me 60 +30 + 30 I’m leaning toward 3 30 litre buckets

200L ferments really are great if you have a 50L boiler or larger
As @bluc said 200L is great for stuff you know will work great especially a basic single malt or rum recipe that you want to have a heap of and do ageing variations on :-D

Well I’ve decided on another 30 litre bucket as I only have a 25 litre boiler and if something goes wrong hopefully it will only be in one thanks for your help
