T500 spirits leaking out

I've been using my t500 for about 2 years. Now suddenly as soon as it reaches temperature 55 or so and the spirits start coming out it starts leaking from the bottom of the column. Its leaking the actual alcohol so maybe 95% straight onto the boiler which is obviously not safe for even a second. I've unscrewed it and made sure it was screwed on right and tight. Can't work out why this would suddenly happen. Can't operate it like this. Any suggestions? Thanks

Because things generally don't last forever, just because something was previously never broken, doesn't mean it won't ever break.

What kind of leak is it? Vapour thats quickly condensing on the outside of the column or is liquid exiting? Have you tried using PTFE tape or flour paste to seal the bottom and see if you're getting pressure build up or leaks elsewhere?

Also, posting two of the same post might just muddy the replies.
