Carboys for Aging

Just starting out and need some advise? then post it in here.

Carboys for Aging

I have half a dozen 20L food grade Carboys, is it ok to age spirits in these or should I stick to glass etc?

Personaly i don't use any plastic when it comes to spirits.

equipment: Keg based pot stiller. 3" vm for occasionally making product for macerations and redistillation.

It is pretty cool to see a wash fementing in a carboy, the yeast continually just rises and drops like a lava lamp.
