Cant see pictures

Frustratingly 95% of the time when I want to have a look at any photos posted, I have a problem, I cant view them. They just show up as a box with a red cross and a jpg number.
The only thing I have tried was to use a different server and the only other server I tried was Mozilla and I couldnt even find Aussie Distiller thru that server.
This might not even be the reason for my problems.
Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. :angry-banghead:
