Blame the home distillers

I’m not sure about you lovely folks, but I’d say my likker has a lot less nasties (due to excessive cuts) than any commercial spirit.

Why do they have a wine maker talking about distillation? I'd have asked a distiller.

ethanol should be administered intravenously as soon as possible to block the conversion of methanol to formic acid and prevent acidosis
basically, they will be pissed for a week or so if they catch it in time
