Tinctures

So you got a T-500 and air still and your still a newbie well here is where you can make that top drink. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Make your neutral nice and clear like do one run keep the run and keep going until you fill the boiler for second run at 40% then you should have some 90% to make a tincture :handgestures-thumbupleft:

So just grab a moccona coffee jar or other jar and put some 90% in and what ever you want as that 90% will leach out everything providing a concentrated drop, now every few days drain the mixture and refill it with more 90% until the item you put in no longer discolours the jar.

Save this in a jar and one can add this the the neutral you made in the reflux still and be aware a small amount does go a long way :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Now once you have this down pat it's time to go that one step further by pot stilling the amount you have collected to make a true tincture spirit which will taste like what you put in the first place with spades :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Then you can add a bit of each tincture spirit and put it thru the pot still to make that special drop but make sure that run is at 40%

This can be for any setup where one uses hearts by hearts, makes the tinctures then distill it and combine to make that special drop.

For some this maybe a great task but it is really that easy so try it and one will see.
