About a month ago I thought I would try making some rum a bit sweeter, I opened the jar today and was pleasantly surprised by the aroma of this stuff.... so of course I had to try it :oops:
Here's what I did.
4L jar
10 black pepper corns
1 slice pine apple
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Leave for a month and strain.....
Turned out very very nice :)
What's others doing with their rums...... ??
