Hello
Just after some advice. Keen to give this recipe a try . Was wondering if it would be alright to use wheat and barley for stock ? I've used cracked corn from the pet store once before .

This would be the wheat I would use. Says it's washed . Same with the barley

Also just wondering about yeast ? Was thinking of using DADY yeast red label

Thanks in advance for advice

I have only ever used feed stock grain in all my washes. This is my go to recipe enjoy.

That's great to know. I recently did an all grain and it was a lot of work for about 6 litres of low wines . Definitely keen to start this and do 5 gens before running a spirit run .

What yeast do you use ?
