Well I suppose this is in the right section, since its ultimately using ingredients to ferment into alcohol. For those that dont know, Perry is a form of cider made from fruit such as Pears.

I am quite keen to, some day.
just thinking about it ATM, i dont want to go and buy a press nor build one just for a possible 1-off.
