However finding an affordable source of amylase and experimenting is very interesting to me. There seems to be an amount in digestive enzymes supplements however there's a heep of other shit in there too. interestingly sigma sell a-amylase sourced from human saliva but b-amylase is sourced from sweet potato and barley
