The measurements are really loose at that volume lol.
30 kg of sugar, packet and a half of weetbix and all bran, half a packet of bakers yeast and a tin of malt extract.
So I am a bit light on the sugar. I use raw sugar but that’s where it ended up.
Initially I did stripping runs then 2 spirit runs through the pot still ( before I had the bubbler ) and I have done 1 batch over the 4 plates. Plates make it much smoother but strip some flavour. Still got plenty next but I might even go back to 3 plates. Love this recipe for a vodka base :)
