Anyone have a recipe for replacing sugar as the sweeetner in liquers?
My wife is diabetic and I have previously been using a sugar free base from the HBS to make liqueurs for her, but the HBS told me today they are no longer availabe as manufactuers stopped making them.

I bought some liquid substitute from woolies in the cake section or the sugar section. Can't remember what it was called, but it was cheap, came in 500ml bottles and may have had an aussie flag on it.
It was pretty ordinary, i can't remember what i used it in though.
