Had a play with some feints. Heres quick vid with some of my thoughts on next move.

Stripping section works and for brown spirit it exceeds my expectations as far as head seperation difference between heads output and hearts is day night..
Even from 6l feints from from s bubbler still managed to get 1.5-1.75l clean hearts.

Next to trouble shoot to try get hearts % up to azeo for neutral. Failing that a third continous boka build may be on the cards..

Hearts temp corrected 90abv 3l/hr from mash.. Next i will draw real slow off liquid bath see if i can get azeo.
6l/hr feints outta bottom rectification column 5abv(temp corrected 2.5)
Hearts 3l hr 90abv
93.4 rotations on mash pump 450ml/m
3% heads cuts.

Todays observations
20abv feints exiting rectification drain while in full reflux during equilibrium
10abv feints exiting while hearts 93.9abv
Hearts at highest point 93.9 average 90, adjusted the lm for higher abv but lose 10 alcohol out bottom, not effecient

Im a bit slack and fumbling along a little atm but I think now its right. I orderd another 0.5kg spp to bring me from 90-93 to azeo, i procrastinated a lot weather more plates or packing settled on packing because flavour retention at azeo doesnt matter quite so much..
I have swapped bits on, in and out and changed stuff so much its. Pointless trying to explain until im happy. I know i need more water and little more reflux. I also know the system works and you CAN make decent cuts on a continuous setup.

I love that it comes fully online so fast switch on off at leisure bath room breaks switch off mash feed, no more alcohol, its gunna be a very convenient still. Literally in 2hrs i can hit power switch and have 5l 90ish% hearts, this is not a simple setup or something i would give to a newbie but with a little experience and solid understanding of how it works i reakon these are good thing.
Sorry for rant very happy.. this is a very long time in planning and lot work..

Sooo... S.P.P packing. Im by no means am expert or if my opinion means much on this stilll i had 4 bubble plates and 600mm scoria small black stuff from bunnings.

I could only hit 70. I added one plate 5 plates then 300mm SPP 1.9kg. my abv averages 90 and my feints are 2.5abv(feints on continous fall out bottom through rectification side drain. ) i can push to 93.9abv but my feints go up to 10abv.

So spp is pretty big step but you pay for privilege.
I am adding another 100mm high of spp so 400mm height approx 2.5kg spp for packing. So i gained 200mm height which means up to 4 lm drains...

Bottom draw little low. Thinking i might swap the 5th plate for 100mm packing..for tiny abv bump on bottom up to 70 would be good..
Not sure if it will be stable with 100mm packing then lm draw then 450mm packing then lm. Guess we will find out i have some copper mesh i can use..
