plz be gentle

Say Hi and introduce yourself

plz be gentle

Postby Matt555 » Wed Sep 18, 2024 3:50 pm

Hello,
forum says introduce yourself..
I like candlelit dinners and walks in the rainforrest. my favourite colour is blue....
Oh yeah, and my wife says I love Irish Whiskey more than my kids LMAO :-D
There may be some truth to that :P

seriously though, been tinkering with a store bought starter kit for a little while, starting to plan for my cliff dive into getting more serious.

I ask questions. sometimes they are dumb. you've been warned. Please be gentle lol

Cheers
Matt

Hi Matt
You might want to look at the thread on my 2" boka and pot.

Modular so cost effective and produces a high quality (albeit slowly).

Cheers

Welcome Matt.

In at the top level with the Neutralizer! A very good choice that should see you right for a lifetime of just about any spirits you care to make.

Just don't run it by candlelight!

Cheers,
Prof. Green.

Matt,
I have a friend who makes a seriously good Jamieson from all grain, if that's your thing. Not too much to it really, barley, malted and unmalted, grind, add yeast and water, add to still and let it do its work.

Just putting it our there.

Enjoy.
