Total beginner from NZ

Hey guys
I'm a total beginner with a huge 1 month of experience reading forums and watching Youtube.
So far I only have the Kegland's Alcoengine pot still ordered from www.5stardistilling.com.au, as I couldn't resist the price (it's double here in NZ), no boiler, no lid yet :D

So, what I want to make? Not sure, but probably everything... The plan is to start with vodka/neutral (when I get the reflux column etc) and gin. Later some whiskey and fruit spirits like grappa/rakia/palinka. Yes, I'm originally Bulgarian, hence the rakia.

Now, get ready for my stupid questions.

There's heaps to read in Newbies Corner to help get you started and plenty of experienced folks here that can help with answering questions.

Cheers,
